Downloading your projects to PDF Format

The PDF format is one of the most widely used file types due to its compatibility, ease of sharing, and long-standing role as a standard for distributing documents, presentations, and reports. Often uploaded online or sent as email attachments, PDFs provide a reliable way to present information visually exactly as intended. In this article, we’ll walk you through the step-by-step process of downloading your Visme project as a PDF, so you can easily share your work with colleagues, clients, or stakeholders.

While PDFs are excellent for sharing and archiving information, they are designed as a static format, so interactive elements like videos or animations won’t play. For fully interactive experiences, other Visme sharing options may be better suited.

1
From the editor window of your project, locate the Download button in the top right corner and click on it to open the download options menu.

2
Select the Document PDF tab and then choose PDF as the file format for your download.

Note: Choosing PDF (High Quality) produces a larger file with uncompressed images, making it ideal for printing. You can also include bleed marks if needed. For more details on preparing PDFs for print, see our support article.

3
By default, all slides are selected, so if you want the entire project, you don’t need to change anything. You can also use the dropdown menu to choose specific slides if needed.

4
Once you have chosen your preferred settings, click on the Download button to start the download process.

5
After the download is complete, navigate on your computer to confirm that the PDF file has been successfully downloaded.

Note: If you want to print your project with a professional look, learn here how to download the right file format for printing.

Tips: If you downloaded your project in a PDF format and your images are still blurry when you are printing, there might be other factors that are affecting the quality of your print. Check:

-The size of your design.

-The quality of the assets you uploaded such as images (upload high-resolution images or use large images).

-The settings on your printer.
