How to easily create a Block in Visme

My Blocks allows you to save sections of your project as reusable blocks, making it easier to streamline your design process and maintain consistency across multiple projects. Whether it’s a section of text, images, icons, or a combination of different elements, ‘My Blocks’ enables you to quickly insert pre-saved content into your designs without needing to recreate it from scratch. In this support article, we’ll show you how to create and save blocks to boost your workflow efficiency. Here’s how:

Begin by creating the content section you’d like to save. This could be a header, text block, image group, or a combination of different elements.

Select all the elements in the section you want to save as a block. Simply click and drag your mouse over the items to select them or hold the shift key while selecting multiple items.

Once the elements are selected, click on the Save to my blocks button on the floating bar under the selected elements.

A pop-up window will appear where you will name your block. Choose a descriptive name so it’s easy to identify later.

In the same pop-up window, you will have the option to select the Folder where you’d like to save the block. You can also assign or add Tags to your block to help you categorize and find it more easily later.

Click Ok, and your block is now stored under the My Blocks section inside the basics tab in left toolbar of the Visme editor.
