Visme allows you to capture photos using your computer’s built-in camera and insert them directly into your project. Whether you’re adding a profile photo, recording quick snapshots for visual content, or customizing a presentation, using your webcam is a fast and convenient option. This article walks you through capturing and placing images using your device camera in Visme.

From the Visme editor of your project, click on the Photos tab from the left sidebar and then click on the Upload button.

From the dropdown menu, select Camera. You’ll receive a prompt to request access to your laptop camera. Once connected you’ll see a screen replicating the view of your laptop camera.

Take as many photos as you’d like and then click on Insert. The pictures will be automatically uploaded to My Files.
