You have a Project you’ve created in your Dashboard, and now you want to share this project as a Template for your team. This is a great way to give your team a ready-to-use, branded design template to start their Projects with, as well as keep your original parent project from being modified from its original state in your Dashboard.
1
The first thing you need to do is name your project with a title that your team will be able to recognize and know what the template can be used for.

2
Navigate to the
Templates section of the
My Brand area of the Dashboard..

3
In the search bar at the top of the tab (there are two search windows — you will use the bottom one for this section), enter the Project’s name and the project relevant to that title will appear below in the search feed.

4
When the Project appears, click the checkmark to Add it to your brand templates. Additionally, you can preview the Project in a New Tab by clicking the Preview icon.

5
If you wish, you can hover on the added template to Present or select X Remove as template to remove it from your list of brand templates.

6
To view your brand templates when Creating a New Project, click the create button within the Dashboard to enter the Create area. Next, flip the switch on the right side of the screen to View My Brand Templates. These are the steps your team will take, as well, to view the templates you have provided them and use them to create their projects.

7
If you wish, you can restrict your team members to only be able to use your brand templates in the Settings section of the My Brand area. This will turn off Visme’s 1000s of design templates so your team can only select from the ready-to-use branded templates you have provided within the Create area.
