PDF is one of the most reliable formats for sharing presentations, documents, and reports. Here’s how to export your Visme project as a PDF in just a few steps.
Note: PDFs are a static format — interactive elements like videos and animations won’t play. For fully interactive experiences, consider sharing your project via link or downloading as HTML5.

From the editor, click the Download button in the top-right corner to open the download options menu.

Select the Document (PDF) tab, then choose PDF as your file format.

By default, all slides are selected. If you only need specific slides, use the dropdown to choose them.

Click Download to start the export.

Once the download is complete, check your computer’s downloads folder to confirm the file is there.
Note: Choosing PDF (High Quality) produces a larger file with uncompressed images — ideal for printing. This option also lets you include bleed marks.
Common issues
My images look blurry when printing | Three things can affect print quality: the size of your design, the resolution of the images you uploaded (use high-resolution images for best results), and your printer settings. If you’re using PDF (High Quality), also check that your printer is set to its highest quality mode.
I only want to download certain slides, not the full project | Use the slide selection dropdown in step 3 to choose specific slides before clicking Download.
The PDF looks different from what I see in the editor | PDFs preserve the static layout of your design. Animations, transitions, and interactive elements are not included. If your design relies on these, share it via link or download as HTML5 instead.
