Forms Integrations: Visme + Airtable

Airtable is a flexible database and collaboration tool that combines the features of a spreadsheet with a database, allowing for customizable organization and tracking of information. Through the Visme to Airtable integration, you can automatically send your form completions to a table in Airtable. Here’s how:

To start, click on the Connect tab at the top of your form editor. This action will take you to a list of integrated apps. Navigate through these options using the categories on the left side of your screen.

After selecting Airtable, just click the Connect button. A message will appear, asking you to confirm the connection. To proceed, click Continue.

A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to follow the steps to log in using your account information for Airtable.

You may be prompted to grant access and permissions to establish a connection. If this happens, use the Add a Base button to add the bases and workspaces you want to grant access to. Once you’ve done that, proceed by clicking the Grant Access button to effectively connect with Airtable.

You will then be asked to choose the Airtable Base destination you want to connect with your form. Select it from the dropdown menu, and then choose whether you want to select an existing Airtable Table to receive each new response from your form, or if you prefer to create a new one. Click the Continue button to confirm.

That’s all! Now your Visme Form responses will be automatically sent to Airtable.

Note: You can remove or revoke this connection from the Connect tab.
