Accessing and Using the Brand Kit in Visme

The Brand Kit is where all your brand assets live — logos, fonts, and colors — so every project you create stays consistent and on-brand.

From your Visme dashboard, click the Brand Kit tab in the left sidebar.

The Brand Kit opens on the Branding tab by default. Use the left-hand menu to jump between:

– Logos
– Colors
– Fonts

Select any of these to view and manage that asset type.

From here you can add, edit, or remove any logo, color palette, or font style to keep your Brand Kit up to date.

Tip: You don’t have to leave your project to use these assets. While editing any design, click the Brand Kit icon on the editor’s left sidebar to apply your logos, fonts, and colors directly — no need to open the Dashboard first.

Note: Administrators and users with the Designer Role or Marketing Manager Role are the only users with permission to access and edit the Brand Kit in the dashboard.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can access the Brand Kit? Only Administrators and users with the Designer or Marketing Manager role can view and edit the Brand Kit. Other roles won’t see the Brand Kit tab in the dashboard, though they may still be able to use approved brand assets inside the editor depending on their permissions.

Can I use the Brand Kit without opening the Dashboard? Yes. While working inside any project, click the Brand Kit icon on the editor’s left sidebar to apply your logos, fonts, and colors without leaving your design.

Why don’t I see any assets in my Brand Kit? This usually means your workspace hasn’t set up a Brand Kit yet, or you’re on a plan that doesn’t include it. Ask an Administrator or Designer/Marketing Manager on your team to add logos, fonts, and colors first.
