How to Use the Replace Function in Visme

The Replace function in Visme is a powerful feature that allows you to update objects in your project. With just a few clicks, you can swap out icons, images, and shapes for other relevant options without changing your design’s layout. Let’s walk through how this feature works and how you can make the most of it.

Replacing Icons

To start, click on the icon you want to replace in your project.

In the toolbar at the top left, select the Replace option.

Visme will open its extensive library of available icons. Use the search bar to find icons by keyword that suit your content

Select the icon you want, and it will replace the original, maintaining the same size and position on your slide.

Update the new icon to match your project colors if needed.

Replacing Images

Click on the image you wish to replace and use the Replace option from the floating toolbar.

Visme’s AI will suggest similar images based on the original. Alternatively, you can browse Visme’s stock image library for other options.

To upload your own image, click on to the My Images tab to browse your files.

Select the desired image, and it will replace the original.

Replacing Shapes

Click on the shape you want to replace (e.g., a circle or square) and use the Replace button in the toolbar.

Browse through Visme’s library of shape styles to find the one that fits your design.

Update the replaced shape with your project colors to ensure consistency.

Note: The ability to integrate your brand colors and fonts ensures a cohesive look. You can access these settings through Visme’s Brand Kit feature.
