Sharing and Publishing Visme Forms

After you have created your form, you can easily generate links, QR codes, or share them directly via email or through your social media posts.

Dive into the step-by-step guide below to unleash the full potential of sharing your form and capturing data with ease and flexibility:

Once your form is created, navigate to the form editor and select the Publish tab at the top. A message will appear indicating that your form is not yet published and cannot be accessed by anyone. Click on the Publish button to share or embed it on your website.

After clicking on the Publish button, you will access the Publish menu. Under the Share tab, modify the Form Title and include a form description if desired. If you wish to share a link to the form, click on the Copy icon next to the Link to Share section.

To share the form on social media, click on the icon corresponding to the social media platform of your choice. This action will redirect you to the selected platform for posting.

Tip*: Add a thumbnail to your form; this is what your audiences will see when your form appears on social media

For sharing the form via a QR Code, select the QR code icon in the Share Online section. You will be prompted to choose whether to Download the code or Embed the QR Code by obtaining a link. Click on your preferred option to be shared with your audience.
