After you have created your form, you can easily generate links, and QR codes, embed them on your website, or share them directly via email or through your social media posts. Our online form builder prioritizes optimal website load times, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Once your form is created, navigate to the form editor and select the Publish tab at the top. A message will appear indicating that your form is not yet published and cannot be accessed by anyone. Click on the Publish button to share or embed it on your website.

Sharing your Form

After clicking on the Publish button, you will access the Publish menu. Under the Share tab, modify the Form Title and include a form description if desired. If you wish to share a link to the form, click on the Copy icon next to the Link to Share section.

To share the form on social media, click on the icon corresponding to the social media platform of your choice. This action will redirect you to the selected platform for posting.

For sharing the form via a QR Code, select the QR code icon in the Share Online section. You will be prompted to choose whether to Download the code or Embed the QR Code by obtaining a link. Click on your preferred option.

Embedding your Form

Within the Publish menu, navigate to the Embed tab to generate the embed code for insertion into your website or blog. Explore the Embed Styles and choose whether you want your form to appear as a Pop-Up, Between the Content, or as a Sidebar.

You can personalize the settings if you embed your form as a Pop-up, for when you want your form to be displayed on the website or blog. Utilize the switches to determine if it should appear after the page loads or following user interaction.

Note: To minimize the SEO impact on your web pages, opt for one of the SEO-friendly options.

Pop-up embedment offers you an Advanced Settings tab to fine-tune when the form should be visible. Utilize the dropdown menu and the available options to specify whether the form should be displayed in Every Visit, Every Session, and more.

Click the Copy Code button to copy the embed code, enabling you to insert it seamlessly into your website or blog.

Note: Currently, all Visme Forms are set to public by default, allowing anyone with the link to submit responses. In the future, you will have the ability to customize the form’s privacy settings from the Privacy Settings tab, enabling you to choose between public or private access.

Note: Upload a Form Thumbnail to decide what your audiences see when your form appears on search engines, social media or chat. Also the thumbnail will be updated in your Visme Dashboard.
