User Accounts and Access Recovery

At Visme, one of our biggest objectives is to protect our users and their project data.

Visme, as a content creation platform, requires users to create an account here on our website, if they wish to use our platform and service. Subscriptions range from free to paid which can be reviewed on our pricing page here.

If you are merely surfing or browsing through our website and have not yet created an account, your use of the Site is still subject to this Terms of Service; if you do not agree to the Terms of Service, please do not use this website (visme.co).

When you create an account, you will provide a unique username which must be a valid email address you can validate through our email validation process. We will also ask you to create a password that will allow you to log into your Visme account once you have validated your email address. If you forget your password in the future, you can reset the password through our login page.

With an account created using your unique information, any activities that occur concerning your username & password would be your responsibility to manage securely. You may not share, assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that you are responsible for third-party access to your account. Notify us immediately if you believe someone has used your username or password without authorization.

What to do if you need to recover your or someone else’s account: 

The procedure for restoring access to the account takes place in accordance with the “access recovery policy.”

You may email and create a support ticket with Visme’s 24/7 support team at [email protected] for help in recovering account access. Visme’s support agents are responsible for upholding the access recovery policy; therefore, in order to assist someone in gaining access to an account, Visme’s support team will seek confirmation on some or all of the following points of account validation:

Username or Account ID# for the account.

Last 4 digits of the card on file if that is a paid Visme account.

If you are part of a business, our agents will also look to validate the email address of the user account that you are seeking to gain access to matches the email address or email domain of the persons seeking recovery or access to the account.

The name of at least one (1) project created within that Visme account.

 

With your confirmation of these items, Visme’s support team can assist the user in gaining access.
