Using the AI Branded Presentation Generator to Create On-Brand Projects

The AI Branded Presentation Generator allows you to create presentations that follow your organization’s branding guidelines quickly and consistently. Using the templates set up in your workspace, you can generate presentations by either uploading existing content (i.e., a docx or PDF) or entering a description of your project. This tool guides you step by step on how to locate and create your branded presentations with AI.

Locate Your Branded Templates

From your Visme Dashboard, you can locate your branded templates in two places:

– On the Home view, you can find templates under the Your Branded Templates section.

– By clicking the Presentations tile at the top of the dashboard, then selecting the Branded Templates tab, and making sure your View My Designs switch is flipped on.

Select your template and prepare the presentation with AI

Hover over the branded template you want to use.

Click Edit with AI button to launch the AI window. You’ll have two options for prompting AI for how to generate your presentation, and advanced options to guide AI further regarding your needs.

Option 1: Upload File or Input URL

Use the Upload File or URL option to either upload a file from your computer or paste in a website link.

Click Choose File to upload from your computer, or enter a webpage that includes relevant information for your presentation into the Input URL field.

In the Add Prompt text box, provide details such as slide types, tone of voice, or any other guidance for AI. You can even instruct AI to capture specific information from your document or URL and add it to your presentation. Be as descriptive as you’d like – AI performs best when it’s provided details!

Suggested and Possible Use Cases:

– You have a document with good information, but the branding or design is outdated, and you want to prepare it into a presentation to give it a refreshed look.

– You have an outline for an upcoming meeting with agenda points and key information you want to include in a presentation.

– You have a report with data and research results that includes metrics and statistics that you want incorporated visually into your slides.

– You created a webpage with great information, and you want to incorporate it into one of your presentations or send it to your audiences in a different format along with other important information.

– You have a new product page on a website, and you want to include the information about that product in a presentation or slide.

Click Apply. Visme will extract the information for you to review before generating slides.

Review the extracted content and select one of the following:

– Yes, use this content to let AI automatically create your presentation.
– No, I’ll add content manually to describe your project yourself.

It’s at this stage that you can also apply the available Advanced Options, which is reviewed later in this article.

The AI will structure your content into your chosen branded template. Review and edit the draft inside the Visme editor.

Option 2: Describe your project manually

If you prefer to describe everything yourself, select the Describe your project manually button.

Type your prompt and describe your presentation needs directly into the text box (up to 2,000 characters).

Suggested Use Cases:

– You want AI to do some research on a specific topic and prepare the presentation for an upcoming project or meeting you have coming up.

– You have a summary of data or key findings that you need to have prepared into the presentation template. You can type or copy and paste the data and information into the open prompt field.

– You have an event coming up, and you want AI to locate possible venues and prepare a timeline for planning and executing your event.

– You want to update the presentation template and personalize the information to a specific prospect or client based on notes and key findings from your previous discussions.

– You need to create a training resource. Visme’s AI can help you kick start the slides with key information and details to include – so you can finalize the details to ensure thoroughness and apply your expertise.

Click Generate Design and the AI will structure your content into your chosen branded template. Review and edit the draft inside the Visme editor.

Advanced Options

Use the Advanced Options to control your presentation’s slide count, content handling, and which branded slides AI should include.

Before generating your presentation, access the Advanced Options menu to customize the output:

– Slide Count: Decide how many slides you’d like AI to create.
– Content Handling: Choose whether AI should use your content as is, enhance it, or rewrite it.
– Slide Selection: Pick which slides from your branded template you want AI to use.
