Can I keep my Free account as long as I like?

Yes. All Visme accounts start free, and you’re never required to upgrade. The Basic plan remains available for as long as you want to use it.

Can I upgrade my account at anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade to a Premium plan at any time to access additional features.

How do I remove the Visme logo on my projects?

Free accounts display the Visme logo on published projects by default. Upgrading to a Premium plan removes this logo and unlocks additional features and assets.

How do paid subscriptions work through Visme?

Premium plans are billed Monthly or Yearly. The Yearly plan offers close to a 50% discount compared to paying month to month.

Do you offer discounts to Educational institutions?

Absolutely. We give steep discounts over our regular pricing to teachers, schools and other related educational institutions. All you have to do is just go to this link and you can apply for an Educational License.

How can I cancel my account?

If you have a Free account, there is nothing to cancel — it remains free with no subscription attached.

If you have a Premium account, you can cancel your subscription at any time:

Log in to your account.

Click your Workspace name in the top-left corner of your dashboard and select Workspace Settings.

Click Cancel Subscription.

Note: After cancelling, your account stays in Premium mode until your current billing period ends. It will not renew unless you reactivate it.

Where do I go to manage my Subscription settings such as the ability to upgrade, cancel?

Click your Workspace name in the top-left corner of your dashboard and select Workspace Settings. All subscription and account-related options are available there.

Can multiple people use the same account?

No. Each Visme license is for one person, and account sharing is not permitted. If you need multiple people to use Visme under the same organization, Visme offers Team plans that let members share brand guidelines, projects, and templates.

What happens to my projects if I downgrade from Premium to Basic?

Your projects remain in your account, but premium features and assets used in them may become locked until you upgrade again.

Can I switch from a Monthly to a Yearly plan?

Yes. You can change your billing frequency at any time from Billing Settings.

Will I lose my templates and brand assets if I cancel my subscription?

No. Your projects, templates, and brand assets remain in your account even after cancelling. Some premium assets may become locked until you upgrade again.
