Downloading Your Visme Design for Print

Need to print your Visme design for posters, flyers, brochures, or other materials? Visme allows you to export high-resolution, print-ready files that maintain the quality and layout of your project. In this article, you’ll learn how to download your design in the right format and resolution for professional printing, so your visuals look just as sharp on paper as they do on screen.

To print from the printable category, you first need to login to your Visme account. In your Dashboard, click Create on the top left of your screen to create a project

Select the Printables category and choose a design that you like and start designing.

After you are done with your design, click Download at the top right corner of your screen to download your design.

In the Download page, select Document (PDF) format as this will ensure professional print quality.

Select PDF (High Quality). Toggle the Include Bleed marks if you want your PDF to have them. Bleed marks is where the print goes beyond the edge of where the sheet will be trimmed (the area that will be trimmed off). When the bleed mark is on, you will see hairline rules that is outside of the defined page size.

Use the dropdown menu if you want to download specific slides.

Click on the Download button to move forward.

Note: JPG and PNG are not the best file format for print. However, JPG and PNG are great when uploading your project to the web since they are usually smaller in size compare to the PDF files.

Tips: If you downloaded your project in a PDF format and your images are still blurry when you are printing, there might be other factors that is affecting the quality of your print. Check:
-The size of your design.
-The quality of the assets you uploaded such as images (upload high resolution images or use large images).
-The settings on your printer.
