Downloading designs with a Transparent Background

Transparent background can be useful for content creators. It’s actually essential. You can maintain your design and use it anywhere without having to change or update your background every single time. For example, if you want to create an image, short animation or even graphs/charts with the same background as your website or blog, you can easily do so with this option. You can easily put your graphics or charts/graphs in any background you would like.

Here are the steps on how to download your design with transparent background:

Click anywhere on the canvas background (not on an element or text box) to select it and look for the Color Picker menu in the top menu bar to open the color options.

Choose the Transparent option from the palette.

Once you have done that, click on the Download button on the top right of your screen

From the Image tab, select the PNG option, as JPG does not reflect the transparency.

To make your entire project background transparent, simply toggle the Transparent Background switch.

Please note that if you want all slides or blocks to have a transparent background, you can do it directly from this setting—there’s no need to manually change the background color beforehand.

Click on the Download button to confirm.

You can easily add your PNG into any program (google slides for example) you’d like by uploading or dragging-and-dropping it from your desktop. With the transparency background, it adopts the background of the page no matter what color.
