Downloading Your Infographic: Single or Multi-Page

Visme gives you the flexibility to download your infographic as one long page or split it into multiple standard-sized pages, depending on how you plan to share or present your content. The single-page option is perfect for scrolling on web pages or sharing as a continuous visual, while the multi-page option is ideal for printing, presentations, or PDFs that require easier reading and navigation.

In this article, you’ll learn how to choose between these two export formats and follow the steps to download your infographic in the format that best suits your needs.

To start, click on the Download button at the top right of the screen in the Visme editor.

In the Download page, select Image (JPG, PNG) if you want to post your infographic on social media, insert it on a document or use it in Email.

Or select Document (PDF) if you want to print the infographic.

On the Download page, you can enable the Download as Blocks option. When it’s turned on, your full infographic will be divided into the blocks you’ve set.

Click on the Download button to confirm. Once you have downloaded it, you will get a zip file that contain multiple files of your infographic. You will see that each block of your infographic will either be a JPG, PNG or PDF file format.

Tip: Although you can download image as a PNG and JPG file format. For print, it’s best to download it as a PDF file format for high quality image.

Tip: If you wish to print your infographic in an US letter or A4, make sure to set your blocks right at where it’s indicating US Letter or A4 in the Visme Editor to prevent your infographic content from cutting off.
