How to create a button from a text block

One of the most useful things you can do with the Visme text editor is create interactive call-to-action buttons, which come in handy when you want to take viewers to a certain landing page or encourage them to take a specific action.

. To start, select the text box you want to convert into a botton and click on the “Edit” button located at the top left. From there, click on the “More” menu.

To make your button bigger, add a bit of vertical and horizontal padding by going to the Spacing tab

Then, click on the “Fill & Border” tab to choose the Background color and the border style of your button.

To give your button a more rounded look, adjust the roundness by clicking on the adjusting corresponding slider.

To make your button interactive, select the text box and then click on the “Actions” menu located on the top right of your dashboard. From there, You can insert the URL of your landing page, Email Adress or the site you want visitors to be taken to and choose whether to have this site open up in a new window or in the current one.

You are also able to link your button to another slide in your project or covert it into an interactive hotspot. Learn more:
