How to approve a project

 

If you’ve been assigned as a project approver, you can easily review and provide feedback on a project before it moves forward. Using Visme’s Workflow Approval Feature, you can ensure that the projects you’re responsible for are being properly reviewed and approved, saving you time and minimizing any potential errors. Here’s how:

Open your project in the editor and check that all the slides are complete. You can do this by going to the slide manager sidebar on the right side of the screen and verifying that each slide has a Done or None status.

Click on the name of your current project at the top of the editor window to access your project settings.

In the project settings, look for the Approved switch and turn it on. Please note that this switch will only be available if all the slides in the project have a Done or None status.

Congratulations! Your project has been successfully approved using Visme’s workflow feature. You can now move on to the next step in your workflow process, confident that your project has been thoroughly reviewed and approved.

Note: When you approve a project, the project owner will be notified by email.
