Adding Email recipients for Form submissions in Visme

When you create Forms in Visme, the default recipient of the form submissions is the email address associated with the account. However, you can easily add additional recipients or change the recipient email to ensure submissions go where they need to. Here’s how to do it:

Open the form in the Visme Form Editor. From there, access the Publish tab at the top. You’ll be redirected to the Published menu or be prompted to publish your project and then go to the Published menu

In the Published menu, click on the Email Delivery tab. This section lets you manage email notifications and autoresponses.

By default, the email associated with your Visme account will receive form submissions. To add additional email addresses, click on the Add Email button.

A text box will appear. Enter the email address you want to add and click to confirm.

Use the switch next to each email to activate or deactivate notifications for that address.

If you’d like to test the setup, click the Send a Test Email button to ensure notifications are working correctly.

 

Tips

– Keep recipient lists up-to-date to ensure submissions reach the right people.

– Use the Send a Test Email feature to verify that notifications are delivered to the correct addresses.

– Deactivate notifications for emails no longer in use.
