Did you know that for shared Published Projects, you can allow your viewers to Download your project onto their device as a PDF? This is one of the many settings you can change within the Advanced Settings tab whenever you’re preparing your project to be Shared Online. Here’s how:
1
From the editor window of your project, navigate to the top right of your screen and click Share.

2
When the Share Online menu appears, select Advanced Settings, then click the Privacy tab at the top.

3
From the list of options within the Privacy tab, navigate to the bottom and switch the Download – Allow viewers to download (PDF) feature to ON.

4
Test things out by taking your Project into Present mode. When it loads, note that the viewer’s menu at the bottom now contains the download icon along the right bottom corner of the control bar.

5
When you click Download, note that the viewer has the option to download the entire project as a PDF document, or only the current page. It may take a moment for the download to complete.

6
After the download is complete, your viewer can keep and explore the PDF on the local device in the future.
