Learn how Visme will change the way you create stunning content.
Brand Settings let you control exactly what your team can and can’t customize when creating on-brand content in Visme — from fonts and colors to which templates they see.
Accessing Brand Settings

From your Visme dashboard, click Brand Kit in the left sidebar, then open the Settings tab.
Editor Access Controls

You’ll find the following options in the Settings tab, each with its own on/off toggle. Turn each one on or off depending on how much creative flexibility you want to allow your team:
– Font Access: Let your team use all Visme fonts, or limit them to only the fonts in your Brand Kit.
– Color Access: Let your team pick any color, or limit them to your Brand Colors only.
– Theme Colors: Show only your brand colors in the Editor’s color picker, hiding Visme’s default theme colors.
– Background Color: Let your team choose their own custom background color on published pages.
– Header Visibility: Show your brand’s header on published project pages.
– Templates Access: Let your team use Visme’s full template library, or restrict them to your Brand Templates only.
– Branded presentation slides: Let your team pull in slides from other branded presentation templates while editing.
– Publish Page Background Color: Select the background color of your team’s published pages — this is what applies unless Background Color access (above) lets your team override it. Choose from Light, Dark, or Custom.

Select the industry that best matches your brand (e.g., Healthcare, Technology, Education) to keep your suggested templates relevant.
Tip: Turning off Templates Access and hiding most Template Categories is a simple way to keep new projects strictly on-brand for larger teams.
Note: Only Administrators and users with the Designer or Marketing Manager role can access and edit Brand Settings.
Note: You will add your company’s logos for your team to use within the My Files area of the Editor. You can nicely organize them within folders as well to help your team locate them quickly.
