Setting Up Brand Templates for Team Use

You have a Project you’ve created in your Dashboard, and now you want to share this project as a Template for your team. This is a great way to give your team a ready-to-use, branded design template to start their Projects with, as well as keep your original parent project from being modified from its original state in your Dashboard.

Adding a Project as a Brand Template

Give your project a clear, recognizable name so your team can easily identify its purpose when using it as a template.

Navigate to the Templates section of the My Brand area from your Dashboard.

In the search bar at the top of the tab (use the lower search window for this section), enter the project’s name to locate it in the search feed.

When the project appears, click the checkmark to add it as a Brand Template. You can also click the Preview icon to open it in a new tab before adding.

After adding, you can hover over the template to Present it directly or click X Remove as template if you’d like to remove it from your list of Brand Templates.

Note: If you wish, you can restrict your team members to only be able to use your brand templates in the Settings section of the My Brand area.

Where to Find Your Brand Templates

From your Dashboard, click Create and select the type of project you want to start.

In the Templates screen, open the Branded Templates tab below the project types.

Turn on the View My Designs switch to see and access your saved Brand Templates.
