We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand that needs can change over time. If you’ve decided to cancel your Premium subscription, the process is simple and only takes a few steps. Follow the instructions below to complete your cancellation smoothly and confidently.

Log in to your account and select your Workspace from the top left.

From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

You’ll be redirected to the Workspace Settings section. From there, click Cancel Subscription.

A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation. Click No, I still want to cancel my subscription and lose all Premium features to confirm your choice.

Note: The Cancel Subscription button only appears if your plan is set to auto-renew. If it isn’t, your subscription will automatically end on its expiration date.

Visme unsubscribe from app | iOS
When you subscribe to a premium Visme plan from within the App Store on your iOS device, you’re only able to cancel it through your Apple ID subscription settings.
To cancel on iOS devices:
1Open the Settings app on your device.
2Tap your name, then Subscriptions. (On earlier iOS versions, Tap iTunes & App Store, then Apple ID, then View Apple ID and Sign in)
3Tap Visme App and Cancel Subscription.

When you subscribe to a premium Visme plan from within the Google Play Store on your Android device, you’re only able to cancel it through your Google Play subscription settings.
How to cancel Android devices:

Open the Google Play Store App.

Top on your profile on the top right and check that you’re signed in to the correct Google account.

Tap on the account, then Payments & Subscriptions.

Tap on Visme App and Cancel Subscription

Confirm the cancellation
– Uninstalling/Deleting the Visme app from a device does not cancel your plan. If you upgraded to a Visme premium plan, you can only cancel it by accessing the Visme desktop app or from the web browser, it is not possible to cancel your Visme subscription directly within Visme iOS and Android Apps.
