How to create a pop-up effect from an object

One of the most amazing features of the Actions tab is the ability to convert any object into interactive hotspots for your projects. This way, you can easily trigger pop-up content for your viewers and audience by allowing them to roll over or click on an object. Here’s how:

Select the object in which you want the pop-up to show in your project. Then, Click on the “Actions” button located at the top right.

From the “Actions” menu, click on the “Hotspot” tab.

Once in the “Hotspot” tab, select the pop-up content you want to link to the Hotspot and then set whether to show on click or on hover. Click on the “Apply” button to finish.

When using this feature, blue indicators/spots will appear by default on your project to indicate there is an interactive element in your project for viewers/presenters to engage with. This indicators can be easily switched on/off from the “Settings” tab on the “Actions” menu.

You can also add a video or audio recording to any object in Visme.
