Visme makes it easy to download your presentations as PDFs with Presenter Notes, perfect for offline use or when presenting without direct access to a computer screen. This feature helps you stay organized and deliver your presentation smoothly, with notes customized to your preferences. Here’s how to download your presentation with Presenter Notes:

Begin by adding Presenter Notes to each of your slides.
Note: You can format the notes by increasing the font size or highlighting key points. These customizations will be reflected in the printed PDF version.

Once you’ve added your notes, click the Download button at the top right corner of the screen.

A pop-up window will appear with several download options. Navigate to the Document (PDF) tab and select PDF as the file type.

In the PDF download settings, switch on the option for Download with presenter notes.

After turning on the presenter notes, click on Download to confirm.
That’s all! Each slide will be displayed as a screenshot at the top of a page, with your formatted Presenter Notes below it.
