How to add an Address field to your Visme Form

Collecting accurate address information is essential for various purposes, such as shipping, billing, and location-based services. With Visme Forms, adding address fields to your form is a simple and efficient process. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to add address fields to your Visme Form, ensuring you can gather complete and precise address details from your audience.

Follow the steps to easily add fields to your Visme Form and choose Address from the options.

Once the field has been successfully added to the card, select the Address question text box and Double-click on the text to edit it. When you do this, a menu will appear on the right side of your screen.

Use the menu on the right side to customize the field settings. From there, use the switches to include or exclude address options such as Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Zip Code, and Country.

Note: The default country will be the United States. Use the dropdown menu to select a different one.

Activate the Show Title option if you want the title to be visible and check the Required Field box to make the field mandatory.

That’s all! The field has been successfully added and customized.
