Single and Multiple-choice questions are an excellent way to gather specific information from your audience in a structured format. With Visme Forms, adding single and multiple-choice questions to your form is a straightforward process that enhances user engagement and data collection accuracy. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to add single and multiple-choice questions to your Visme Form, ensuring your forms are both effective and easy to complete.

Follow the steps to easily add fields to your Visme Form and choose Single/Multiple choice from the options.

Note: The difference between the two is that single-choice only allows the user to choose one option from the possible answers, while multiple-choice allows the user to choose more than one.

Once the field has been successfully added to the card, select the single/multiple choice field on the left menu. When you do this, a menu will appear on the right side of your screen.

Use the menu on the right side to customize the field settings. From there, you can add or delete answer options and order them as you like.

Activate the Add Other Option switch to allow visitors to type their own choice. Do the same with the Show Title option if you want the title to be visible, and update it inside the slide. Use the Selection Limit option to set a limit on the number of choices that can be selected.

If you want this field to be mandatory, check the Required Field box.
