How to Redirect Users to a URL After Form Completion

Redirecting users to a specific URL after they complete a form can improve their experience and provide them with important follow-up information. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up a URL redirection, ensuring a seamless transition for users upon form submission. Follow these instructions to effectively guide your users to the desired webpage.

Once your form is created, select the Thank You slide from the form editor. Click on the Menu Icon (3 dots icon on the bottom thumbnail) and choose the Settings option.

The Thank You Card settings options will appear on the right side of the screen. Select the Redirect to URL option.

Below the Redirect to URL button, use the text box to enter the URL you want the user to be redirected to. Then, specify the number of seconds after form completion in the Redirect After box.

To finish, choose between Open in new tab or Open in same tab options using the drop-down menu below.

That’s all! The user will be redirected to the selected URL after form completion.
