How to reorder Fields in your Form

Efficiently organizing the fields in your form is crucial for a smooth user experience and accurate data collection. This guide will walk you through the simple steps needed to reorder fields in your form. Whether you’re looking to improve the flow of your questions or prioritize certain information, this tutorial will provide clear instructions to help you easily make these adjustments.

Once you’ve finished adding fields to your form, select the Step where you want to reorder them. You will be able to see all the fields in your form listed in the left-side menu.

From there, click on the Menu Icon to the right of the field you want to reorder and select Move field to the beginning, Move field up, Move field down, or Move field to the end. Alternatively, you can click on the field you want to reorder and drag it up or down to define its new position, even to a different step.

From this menu, you can also Hide, Duplicate, Rename and Edit Style of the field.

That’s all! Repeat the process for all the fields you want to reorganize.
