How to Translate a Project in Visme

Visme’s integration with the Google Translate API allows you to effortlessly translate an entire project into another language. You can translate the current project or create a new version with the translated content. This feature maintains the original text’s size, font, and color. Here’s how you can use this feature:

Note: This feature is available for Pro and Enterprise subscriptions and applies to all project types.

From your Visme project editor, click on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the top left corner. From there, select the Translate Your Project option and a pop-up menu will appear.

In the pop-up window, select the original language of your project using the Current Language dropdown menu or select Auto Detect.

Then, pick the language you want your project translated into using the Target Language dropdown menu.

If you want to create a separate project for the translation, toggle the switch in the pop-up window. This is the recommended option to preserve the original project.

Click on the Translate Project button. The translated version will open as a new project (if you choose that option) or overwrite the current one.

That’s all! Your project text will be translated while retaining its original size, font, and color. You can now review and make any additional edits if needed.
