Visme is here to save you time – and we know how updating every text box one by one can quickly add up to increase the time it takes to complete your project. That’s why Visme supports your ability to edit multiple text boxes at once. Say goodbye to tedious editing and hello to efficiency! Here’s how:

Open your Visme project and locate the text boxes you want to edit. Then, hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click on each text box you want to edit. Alternatively, you can click and drag your cursor to draw a blue selection box over the text boxes and let go of your cursor to select them at once. (Hint: if you select too many elements in the design with the blue selection box, hold down your Shift key to deselect what you do not need to be selected).

With the text boxes selected, click on the Edit button in the toolbar above the canvas. This will bring up the editing options for all of the selected text boxes.

Use the font editing options to make your changes. You can change the font, size, color, alignment, spacing, and more. Once you’ve made your changes, click outside of the editing options panel to apply them to all of the selected text boxes.

If you need to make further adjustments to individual text boxes, you can select them one by one and update the font style in the upper left-hand toolbar. This will allow you to edit each text box separately.
