While using Visme, you can easily track down all your files and fully manage your images and media assets using My Files. This feature gives complete control over uploading, managing, editing and organizing your assets. Here’s how:
How to Upload Files:
1
Once you have accessed “My Files”, a box will open and you’ll see, among other things, an “Arrow” besides the “Upload” button. Click on it to move forward.

2
A dropdown menu will appear in which you can choose from where to upload the file between your PC and other online storage networks you may use. Select the source and then select the file you want to upload (JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, PDF, MP4, WAV or MP3).

Visme free users can upload files with a size up to 5MB and Visme Premium users can upload files with a size up to 21MB.
How to access the file settings:
1
Once you have accessed “My Files”, hover over the file you want to access and click on the “Settings” button to move forward.

2
A pop-up window will appear where you can find the file information such as file details, and where the file is being used. Also, you will be able to set the image as a background, add it to a project, rename, download, manage the labels, and replace or delete the file.
