Visme allows teams to set up standardized templates that their team can use, but we’ve taken things a step further within our Enterprise Plan, allowing users to kick off the generation of a presentation with the support of AI. Your team can prompt AI to adapt the slides in your presentation template and even upload documents to incorporate information into the deck, all while keeping them in control of how many slides they need and which slides to use.

The first step in preparing your workspace is to set up your brand fonts and colors in the Brand Kit – here’s how.

Next, you’ll launch your branded presentation templates into Visme. You can do this in one of three ways:

– Import a PowerPoint Template (PPTX): Upload your PPTX file to Visme, where it will be converted into an editable presentation.
– Import a PDF Template: Upload your PDF file, which Visme will process into a reusable template.
– Use and Customize a Visme Template: Select from thousands of Visme’s professionally designed templates and apply your brand’s colors and fonts to match your style.

Note: You may want to adjust the slides in your presentation template to optimize them further for AI generation and your users. Once you have your presentation template ready for your team to use, go to the Brand Kit in the dashboard, and click the Templates tab.

Search for the presentation by name to set up the presentation as a branded template for your users in the workspace.

Note: In Brand Settings, you can restrict access to Visme’s available templates provided in the platform, so your team only uses your approved branded templates that you have added to the Templates window.

If you disable access to Visme’s templates for your team, please note that Admin users will still retain full access to Visme’s template library. Users with Member permissions will only be able to use the branded templates you’ve provided via the Brand Kit.

Designate Content to be Unchanged

It’s great to have AI’s support in creating content, but there may be information within the presentation templates that you do not want AI to change. It’s important to clearly mark in your template which elements must stay untouched by AI in the generation process. Examples include key compliance information, important stats and figures that must stay consistent across decks, and critical language or messaging that should always be conveyed in presentations.

Here’s how you can set specific information to not be changed when AI generates presentations using the template:

After adding the presentation template to the Templates area in the Brand Kit, reopen the original presentation that is set up as a template.

While the presentation template is open in the Editor, select any text box that you do not want to have AI change within the template, then right-click on it.

From the menu, choose Don’t replace with AI to make sure AI doesn’t change that object or text. Repeat this for all elements that shouldn’t be modified during AI generation.
