Request team members to enable 2-Step Verification

For enhanced security, our Enterprise-level workspace admins can request team members to enable 2-Factor Authentication (2FA). This feature helps ensure that your team’s accounts are protected with an additional layer of security. Here’s how:

From the Visme dashboard, click on the Account Settings area in the top right corner of the screen.

Select Manage My Team from the dropdown menu.

Check the box to the left of the team members’ names who need to enable 2FA.

Toggle the Ask to set up 2FA on login switch located at the top of the list.

That’s it! The selected users will receive a reminder to set up 2FA the next time they log into Visme.

Note: 2FA applies only to users who log in using their email username and password.
