Secure Your Visme Account: Activate 2-Factor Authentication

If you’re an Enterprise plan user, you have exclusive access to our powerful 2-factor authentication (2FA) feature that adds an extra layer of protection to how your users log into their Visme account. This helps to ensure that your valuable content remains as safe as possible – reducing the risks of having someone log into a Visme account with simply a username and password – because 2FA requires that someone logging into an account also needs to validate their identity through a secondary means. In this support article, we’ll lead you through the seamless steps to activate 2FA. Let’s dive in:

Click your profile picture in the top left corner of your Visme dashboard and choose Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to the Login Information and turn on the 2-step Verification switch. A pop-up window will appear on your screen, guiding you through the setup process.

If you don’t have it yet, download the Google Authenticator app from your app store and use it to scan the QR Code or enter the Alphanumeric Code displayed.

Enter the three sequential codes from the app into the provided text boxes on the pop-up window and click Confirm to finalize the activation process.

You’re done! Your Visme account now enjoys enhanced security with 2-factor Authentication. Stay safe and creative!
