How to Export and Share your Business Presentation:

Now that your project is completed, how you showcase it and share it with your audience is the next key step. Let’s review Visme’s export and sharing options below to help you determine which one is right for your Business Presentation.

Export Options:

Download as a PDF: PDFs are widely compatible and can be easily shared or distributed for on-demand viewing or as a follow-up resource. They provide a more static or 2-dimensional version of your presentation, ensuring consistent formatting across different devices.

Note: PDF exports will keep the hyperlinks and go to slide interactivity; however, animations and other interactive elements will be flattened due to the nature of PDFs.

Download your presentation as a PPTx: PPTx files allow for easy editing in PowerPoint, making them ideal for collaboration or if further modifications are needed by others who may not have access to Visme. They maintain the basic structure of your presentation while allowing for flexibility in editing.

Note: PPTx doesn’t have the same capability as Visme so there might be a need to do some formatting, adding transitions and animations once exported and opened in Powerpoint.

Sharing Options:

Visme Presenter Studio – Record a Presentation: Visme Presenter Studio enables you to capture your presentation as a recording, providing an engaging on-demand viewing experience. This option allows you to showcase your presentation dynamically, including animations and interactions, enhancing viewer engagement.

Publishing Your Presentation: This option enables seamless sharing with others, making your project public. You can share it as a link, providing convenient access to your presentation for a larger audience, allowing them to view your presentation directly from their devices without needing to download any files.

Note: Links are live, allowing you to maintain a single, dynamic link for your presentation, ensuring easy online viewing  – and any updates you make to your presentation will automatically be pushed to your published project so it’s always up to date.

Sharing your Presentation privately: Share your Presentation with a select few using a shareable link, while keeping it private from the rest of the world.
