Note: If you want to remove your payment method, cancel your active Premium subscription first.
Steps to Update Your Payment Information

Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the Visme dashboard. Select Billing from the dropdown menu.

Select the Billing & History tab, then click the Billing Information button.

Enter your new credit card number, expiration date, and security code. Click Update Info to save your changes.
Not happy with your Visme subscription? You can cancel it at any time from your account. Learn more here.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription? Visme does not provide refunds for early termination of a subscription once a payment is received. You will keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I view or download my payment receipts? Go to Billing & History in your account settings. Use the calendar to filter by date range and click View/Download next to the transaction you need. Learn more on how to view and download your payment Rreceipts here.
How do I cancel my Visme subscription? Go to Workspace Settings and click Cancel Subscription. The option only appears if your plan is set to auto-renew. Learn more on how to cancel your Visme subscription here.
I updated my payment information but I was still charged on my old card. Why? Payment updates apply to future charges only. If a charge was already processed before the update, it will appear on your previous card. Contact [email protected] if you believe there is an error.
