Update your Payment Information

In Visme, you can update your payment information in three simple steps. Here’s how:

Login to your account. Select the down arrow of your Workspace name in the top left and then click on “Workspace Settings”.

Click on the “Billing & History” tab and then click on the “Billing Information” button.

To move forward, enter your new Credit Card number, expiration date, and security code. When finished, click on the “Update Info” button.

Note: If you want to remove your payment method but you have an active Premium Subscription, cancel it first.

Note: If you’re not happy with your Visme subscription, you can cancel it at any time within your account by following these steps.
