Formatting & Styling Tables
With the table editor and toolbar, you can easily change the font, size, background, and other settings of your table in Visme.
Adjusting Table Size
First, you can select the table with a single click in the Editor window, and click and drag the corner to the desired size.
Another way to do this is to select the table and click Edit (or simply double-click the table to enter the table editor), then use the Bubble icons to the right and towards the bottom to resize it in those directions.

Adjusting Table Fonts & Table Content
If you wish to change the font for the entire table, select the table in the Editor and click Edit (or double-click the table), then use the toolbar at the top to set the desired font, font size, style (bold, italic, or underline), alignment, and list properties (for example, a bulleted list).
To change the font style and size for individual or grouped cells, rows, and columns, the process is similar. Enter the table editor, select the cells you wish to reformat, then use the toolbar at the top.
You can also adjust the type of content being displayed in the cell by selecting the Content drop-down menu (Text, Number, Currency, Percent, and Date), with different properties available for each content type.
Additionally, you can use the toolbar to select the location inside the cell where the data is positioned (the top of the cell, in the middle of the cell, or at the bottom).
Adjusting Table Theme & Using Custom Table Colors
To change the original color theme of your created table, select the table in the Editor, click Edit (or double-click the table), then use the toolbar at the top to select a new theme from the Themes drop-down menu.
If you desire to use different colors in your table: To change the background color of individual or grouped cells, rows, and columns, select the cells you wish to reformat, then use the toolbar at the top to select a new background color from the Fill Color drop-down menu.
Note: You can choose from one of the colors saved in your global color palette, or from one of the colors found in the Presets tab. This tab contains 50 beautiful color combinations you can apply to any of your projects (for more ideas on how to use these palettes, consult this quick guide.) You may also create your own color palette by going to the My Palettes tab.
All objects in Visme can be assigned a hyperlink using the Actions tab at the top, including cells and text in tables! These can be linked to an external website, linked to another slide or content block (infographic) in your project, or even to summon a pop-up or rollover object in your canvas. For more information on how to make your content interactive using the Actions tab, check out this resource.
Adjusting Table Borders
To set and adjust borders, select the table in the Editor, click Edit (or double-click the table), then use the toolbar at the top to choose a border style and color from the Borders drop-down menu.
Border styles available include solid, dotted, and dashed in multiple configurations.
