Within our terms of service in section 15.2, Visme’s refund policy is reviewed: Visme does not provide refunds for the early termination of your subscription once a payment is received. (This was highlighted in an email we sent to the email address you used when signing up for Visme).

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out the way we expected. That’s why every Visme account begins free – this grants users to test and use the platform before paying to upgrade to a premium plan.

If you are not actively using your Visme subscription, be aware that premium subscriptions automatically renew until it is canceled. You will not be able to receive a refund for any unused time.
