A pop-up window will appear. From there, enter the word you want to find in the search window. This will locate the word in your project, and show you how many times it is present. You can use the arrow keys to navigate throughout the project to find those locations of that word you are needing to find.

3
To replace the word, turn the “Replace With” switch on and enter the text or numbers you want to use to replace the searched text.

4
If you want to update individual results, use the arrows to find the specific word you want to update, and then choose Replace.

5
You can also click Replace All to replace all the results throughout your project. Use the dropdown menu to select between replacing them only in the current slide or in all the slides.

The Find & Replace feature works only on Header & Text, Tables, Notes, Shapes, and Diagrams.
