Setting Up Brand Links for Easy Access

Brand Links let you set default URLs for your organization’s website, email, and social media channels. Once set, these appear as ready-to-use options whenever you or your team link an object to an external destination.

From your Visme dashboard, click Brand Kit in the left sidebar, then open the Brand Links tab.

Click into each field and enter your organization’s info:

– Website URL
– Email Address
– Facebook
– Facebook Business Page
– X
– LinkedIn
– LinkedIn Company Page
– Pinterest
– Instagram
– TikTok
– YouTube

Tip: In the Editor, whenever you use the Actions tab to link an object to a website, email address, or social media channel, the options you’ve set here appear automatically in the dropdown — no need to type them out each time.

Note: Only Administrators and users with the Designer or Marketing Manager role can access and edit Brand Links.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to fill in every field? No. Only fill in the channels your organization actually uses — empty fields simply won’t appear as link options in the Editor.

Can I update these links later if my social handles change? Yes. Just return to the Brand Links tab and edit any field at any time — updates apply immediately to new links your team creates.

Do Brand Links affect links already added to existing projects? No. Brand Links only provide default options for new links you create going forward; they don’t change links already applied to objects in existing projects.

What’s the difference between Brand Links and adding a link directly to an object? Adding a link directly to an object is a one-off action for that specific project. Brand Links save your organization’s URLs once so they’re available as quick-select options across every project your team creates.
