How do I access Visme Forms?

Are Forms included in my Visme Licence?

Yes, forms are an integral part of the Visme platform and are included in the Visme subscriptions. However, it’s important to note that there are reduced features, less branding customization options, and fewer allowances for Basic and Starter plans. Pro users enjoy full access to all features, as well as the ability to remove the Visme badge on their Form. For Enterprise accounts, due to data privacy reasons, access to Visme Forms is restricted at this time.

Can I purchase only Visme Forms and not the entire Visme suite?

No, Visme Forms is an integral part of the complete Visme platform, offering a comprehensive, all-in-one solution for your design and form creation needs. Visme suite is provided at no additional cost to you.

Can I customize the appearance of my forms?

At the moment, the functionality to set up notifications for new form submissions is not available, but we’re actively working on expanding features for Forms. Stay tuned for updates, and feel free to explore other aspects of Visme Forms in the meantime within Visme’s Community.

What type of forms can I create with Visme?

Currently, Visme Forms enables you to create Newsletter signups and Lead Magnets. We are working actively on other form types and will introduce additional templates soon – expanding to include event registration, contact forms, account signup, and customizable forms, allowing you to craft your unique form from a blank template.

Is it possible to directly upload a file I want the audience to download into the form?

No, you need to provide a link to the file download page, such as a drive, a PDF website, etc. You can even link to a Visme published project URL, which you can allow your viewers to download from the viewable link as well.

Do all Forms include animated characters and can I hide them in my Form?

Although by default Visme Forms includes animated characters which you can fully customize to fit your creative and brand needs, you can also hide the character easily by editing your Form and turning off the Interactive option on the top right of the Visme Forms editor.

Can I export form data for further analysis?
