Assign an approver to your project

 

Are you tired of endless email chains and confusion when it comes to approving projects? Visme’s workflow approval feature can help streamline the process by allowing you to assign a project approver. This means that designated team members can easily review and provide feedback on a project before it moves forward. In this support article, we’ll walk you through how to assign a project approver using Visme’s workflow feature.

Note: This feature is only available for Enterprise Plans.

To access your project settings, simply click on the name of your current project at the top of the editor window.

To assign an approver to your project, click on the Approver box and enter their name or email address.

In just a few clicks, you can set a deadline for your project completion by clicking on the Due Date box. Due Dates will show in the Content Calendar within the Dashboard. Additionally, you can include a brief description of the project in the text box below to provide your team with the necessary context.

You’re done! You’ve successfully assigned an approver to the project.

Note: This feature is only available for Enterprise Plans.

Important:

– Projects cannot be published or downloaded by a team member until they are approved by the project approver.

– When a project is not finished, the “Download” and “Share” buttons will be locked.

– Administrators can always download, publish or share a project, even if the project is not approved or if there are still pending tasks on it.
