Enabling Anonymous Comments on Your Visme Project

Collaboration is at the heart of great projects and the feedback you gain is invaluable in shaping remarkable projects. Visme’s Commenting feature allows any Pro plan user to share their Visme project and gain feedback on it with annotated comments and mark-up edits. This feature has allowed millions of Visme users to have two-way, visual feedback directly on their project – which in turn, allows you to see the comments/feedback in the editor within your project, so you can make the changes quickly and communicate with your commenters through reply threads. Visme’s Commenting feature in the Pro plan requires that anyone who comments on a project has a Visme account (which ranges from free subscription to paid subscription). This is to help the project creator/owner identify who is leaving the feedback.

By request of our Enterprise clients, we decided to take things a step further in refining Visme’s Commenting feature. As creators, we recognize that having our collaborators be required to sign up for an account is not always possible or ideal; therefore, Visme’s Enterprise plans allow you to set up your shared project to allow for Anonymous Comments. This means that Enterprise users can share a project as a link that can be commented on by anyone; regardless if they have a Visme account or not.
