Learn how Visme will change the way you create stunning content.
Once your project is ready, publishing it takes just a few clicks. You can share it via a public link, share it privately with specific people, or embed it on a website.

Click the Share button in the top-right corner of the editor. Your project must be published before it can be shared.

On the Share Online page, you can rename the project title and add a brief description.
Note: The shareable link stays the same every time you republish. Anyone who already has the link will automatically see the latest version — you don’t need to send them a new link.

Click Copy to copy the shareable link, or click Share on Social to post your project directly to social media.

Click the Share Privately tab to invite specific people and assign them permissions — View, Comment, or Edit.

You can also control link access: share with anyone who has the link, only people on your team, or specific people only.

Click Embed to generate an embed code you can add to any website or blog.
Common issues
The Share button isn’t generating a link | Make sure you’ve clicked Share on the Share Online page to publish the project first. The link is only generated after the project is published.
I shared a link but the recipient says they can’t access it | Check the access settings in the Share Privately tab. If the project is set to specific people only, the recipient needs to be on the invite list. If it’s set to team only, they need to be a workspace member.
