Using the Spell Checker to Review Spelling

Maintaining error-free text is essential for creating professional and polished projects. Visme’s Spell Checker helps you quickly identify and correct spelling mistakes in your designs, ensuring your content is clear and credible. This article will guide you through using the Spell Checker feature to keep your projects error-free and engaging.

Double click in the text box you want to spell check. This will select the text box in your design and a box will appear around it.

If potential spelling mistakes are found, they will be underlined in red.

To fix the mistake, select the word underlined and press the right-click on your mouse. Then, select the correct word within the suggestions list by clicking on it.

If you want to ignore the mistake and avoid certain spelling to be reported as incorrect, click on the “Add to dictionary” button. This will save the word and not mark it as misspelled in the future.

Note: Correct simple spelling errors faster using the Find & Replace feature.
