You can access all your past transactions and download receipts directly from your Visme account at any time.

Log in to your Visme account. Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen, scroll down, and select Billing. This will open the Billing & History section.

Use the Data dropdown menu to choose which columns to display — you can show or hide Transaction Number, Date/Time, Amount, Status, and Type.

Use the calendar in the top-right corner to filter transactions by date range and view all activity within that period. By default, the calendar shows the last 30 days.

Find the receipt you need and click the View/Download button to open or save it.
Common issues
I can’t find a recent payment in my Billing History | By default the calendar shows only the last 30 days. Adjust the date range to include the date of the charge you’re looking for.
My Billing History is empty | This can happen if your account is on the Basic (free) plan and has never had a paid transaction. If you believe a charge was made and it’s not showing, email [email protected] with your account email and the charge amount.
