Comments play a crucial role in collaborative projects by providing valuable feedback and ideas that help improve your work. Managing these comments efficiently ensures clear communication among team members and keeps your project organized. In this article, we’ll guide you through the best practices for viewing, responding to, and organizing comments within your Visme project, helping you make the most out of team collaboration.

In the Editor window of your project, open the Comments tab from the slides menu.

Use the filters to view Open Comments, Just My Comments, or Resolved comments.

Manage your comment notification preferences by clicking the bell icon.

From the Comments list, click on any comment to view it. The slide containing that comment will automatically open, and the comment will be highlighted.

Reply directly within the comment thread using the text box.

To mark a comment as resolved, click the checkmark icon in the top-right corner of the comment.
Note: You can always reopen a comment by unchecking the checkmark icon.
