Learn how Visme will change the way you create stunning content.
If you’ve decided to cancel your Premium subscription, the process only takes a few steps. Find the instructions below for your platform.
Cancelling from the web

Log in to your account. Click your Workspace name in the top-left corner.

From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

In Workspace Settings, click Cancel Subscription.

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click No, I still want to cancel my subscription and lose all Premium features to confirm, then complete the questionnaire to finalize your cancellation.
Important: Completing the questionnaire is required to finalize your cancellation. Your subscription will not be closed until this step is done.
Note: The Cancel Subscription button only appears if your plan is set to auto-renew. If it isn’t, your subscription will expire automatically on its expiration date — no action needed.
Cancelling from iOS
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store can only be cancelled through your Apple ID settings — not from within the Visme app.

Open the Settings app on your device.

Tap your name, then Subscriptions. On earlier iOS versions: tap iTunes & App Store → Apple ID → View Apple ID → Sign in.

Tap Visme App, then Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling from Android
Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store can only be cancelled through your Google Play settings.

Open the Google Play Store app.

Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner and confirm you’re signed in to the correct Google account.

Tap your account, then Payments & Subscriptions.

Tap Visme App, then Cancel Subscription.

Confirm the cancellation.
Note: Uninstalling the Visme app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the platform where you originally subscribed — App Store, Google Play, or the Visme website.
Common issues
I don’t see the Cancel Subscription button | This button only appears if your plan is set to auto-renew. If you don’t see it, your subscription is not renewing and will expire on the date shown in your Workspace Settings.
I completed the cancellation but I was still charged | Cancelling turns off auto-renewal — it does not end your access immediately. You keep premium access until the end of your current billing period. If a charge appears after that date, email [email protected] with your account email and the charge details.
I cancelled through the app but I’m still being charged | Make sure the cancellation was done through the correct platform — App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
