How to create Single-Page Forms using Visme

Creating a single-page form in Visme offers the advantage of presenting all questions on one page, allowing users to review and answer them conveniently in one place. This support article guides you through the process of designing a cohesive and user-friendly single page form.

Once your form is created, delete all unused steps. Keep only the questions step that you intend to use and the Thank You step.

Note: The Thank You step cannot be deleted as it serves as confirmation of submission for users.

After completing the deletion, select the questions step and follow these instructions to add and customize fields as desired from the Form Fields section in the left-side menu. When adding a field, ensure you choose the Add to current step button to maintain the form as a single page.

After adding fields within the same step, preview it using the Preview button at the top right of the editor window. You will see all fields are placed within the same step, allowing seamless navigation to answer questions in your preferred order.

That’s all! Upon completing the form, users will be shown the Thank You information.
